Please note that our review window extends 14 days from the date your order arrives. After this period, we might not be able to assist further.

Handling Faulty or Unsatisfactory Items

If you receive a product that appears defective or doesn't perform as advertised, don't hesitate to contact us. We acknowledge responsibility for damages resulting from manufacturing or shipping errors.

To make the process swift, attach photos illustrating the issue (such as missing components or visible flaws). Capture images on a flat surface, ensuring tags or problem areas are clear. Usually, you won’t need to return the damaged item—these images help us improve quality control.

Note: Our repair or replacement guarantee covers manufacturing defects but excludes:

  • Accidental damage
  • Poor handling or misuse
  • Normal wear, fading, or aging
  • Sun-induced color or material fading
  • Post-purchase modifications

This window is also 14 days from item receipt. After that, refunds or replacements may not be feasible.

  • Claims must be submitted within 2 months of placing your order, as after that, package tracking may expire.
  • Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment service.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Be aware that banks or credit card services may take additional days to deposit these funds. Typical timelines include:

  • Credit card payments: up to 10 business days
  • PayPal transactions: 3 to 5 business days
